Two-phase serum for the face and neckline that treats your skin with pure love. Designed for skin that requires rejuvenation, hydration and firmness. It will keep your skin young and strong. Baikal skullcap – Baikalin, is one of the most active anti-aging substances. It stimulates the synthesis of collagen and elastin. It delays cellular aging and rejuvenates the skin by preventing cellular senescence by stimulating the expression of telomerase in fibroblasts. Tsubaki oil, or camellia oil, is a rich source of vitamins A, B, C and E and polyphenols that act as antioxidants, and additionally help to keep the skin moisturised and prevent it from drying out. DELIVERY
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your Items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The customer is fully responsible for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS (Polish version below)
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right, inform us by email at contact@kust.com. You then have 14 days from the date of withdrawal to return the goods.
Condition of returned items
Items should be returned:
- unused,
- with tags/labels attached,
- in their original packaging.
You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their characteristics.
Hygiene protection
For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain products are delivered in sealed or hygienically protected packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if these products are unsealed and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
This applies in particular to:
- underwear,
- swimwear,
- socks,
- skincare products.
Opening the seal, removing protective packaging, trying on without underwear, or any use making the product unsuitable for resale results in loss of the right of withdrawal.
Sets / Multi-packs
Where products are sold as a set (multi-pack), the set constitutes one commercial product.
If any item in the set has been unsealed or used, we may refuse the return and/or reduce the refund proportionally.
Products returned in a condition that makes them unsellable for hygiene reasons may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
We refund:
- the price of returned goods,
- the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of sending, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return shipping costs
Unless the goods are defective, you cover the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original item.
Defective goods / Complaints
If the product is defective, email contact@kust.com with:
- photos of the defect,
- proof of purchase.
We cover return shipping and either replace the product or refund the full amount including delivery.
Uncollected shipment
If the Customer fails to collect the shipment and it is returned to the Seller, the Seller reserves the right to deduct from the refund the cost of shipping the order to the Customer as well as the cost of returning the shipment to the Seller. The remaining amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

Prawo odstąpienia od umowy
Masz prawo odstąpić od umowy w terminie 14 dni od otrzymania zamówienia, bez podawania przyczyny.
Aby skorzystać z prawa odstąpienia, poinformuj nas mailowo na adres contact@kust.com. Masz 14 dni od dnia złożenia oświadczenia na odesłanie towaru.
Stan zwracanych produktów
Produkty powinny być zwracane:
- nieużywane,
- z kompletem metek/etykiet,
- w oryginalnym opakowaniu.
Konsument ponosi odpowiedzialność za zmniejszenie wartości rzeczy wynikające z korzystania z niej w sposób wykraczający poza konieczny do stwierdzenia charakteru, cech i funkcjonowania.
Wyjątek higieniczny
Ze względów ochrony zdrowia i higieny niektóre produkty dostarczane są w zapieczętowanym lub w inny sposób zabezpieczonym opakowaniu higienicznym.
Prawo odstąpienia nie przysługuje w przypadku otwarcia takich produktów, jeśli nie nadają się one do ponownej sprzedaży.
Dotyczy to w szczególności:
- bielizny,
- strojów kąpielowych,
- skarpet,
- kosmetyków.
Otwarcie plomby, usunięcie zabezpieczenia, przymierzenie produktu bez bielizny ochronnej lub jakiekolwiek użycie powodujące utratę możliwości ponownej sprzedaży skutkuje utratą prawa odstąpienia.
Zestawy / wielopaki
Produkty sprzedawane jako zestaw (np. wielopak) stanowią jeden produkt handlowy.
Jeżeli którykolwiek element zestawu został otwarty lub użyty, zastrzegamy sobie prawo do odmowy przyjęcia zwrotu i/lub proporcjonalnego obniżenia kwoty zwrotu.
Produkty zwrócone w stanie uniemożliwiającym ich ponowną sprzedaż ze względów higienicznych mogą zostać odesłane na koszt klienta.
Zwroty pieniędzy
Zwracamy:
- cenę towaru,
- koszt najtańszej zwykłej formy dostawy oferowanej w sklepie.
Zwrot następuje w ciągu 14 dni od otrzymania informacji o odstąpieniu lub potwierdzenia nadania, przy użyciu tej samej metody płatności.
Koszty zwrotu
Koszt odesłania towaru ponosi klient, chyba że produkt jest wadliwy.
Wymiany
Nie realizujemy bezpośrednich wymian. Złóż nowe zamówienie i zwróć oryginalny produkt.
Reklamacje (towar wadliwy)

- zdjęciami wady,
- dowodem zakupu.
Pokrywamy koszt zwrotu i wymieniamy produkt na nowy lub zwracamy pełną kwotę wraz z kosztami dostawy.
Nieodebranie przesyłki
W przypadku nieodebrania przez Klienta przesyłki i jej zwrotu do Sprzedawcy, Sprzedawca zastrzega sobie prawo do potrącenia z kwoty zwracanej Klientowi kosztów wysyłki zamówienia do Klienta oraz kosztów zwrotu przesyłki do Sprzedawcy. Pozostała kwota zostanie zwrócona Klientowi przy użyciu takiego samego sposobu płatności, jaki został użyty podczas składania zamówienia, chyba że Klient wyrazi zgodę na inne rozwiązanie.
